Senior Firmware Engineer

IDream System Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer for its Embedded Development Group. Detailed requirements for this post are mentioned below.
Job Location: Lahore
Required Skills:
1. Design, development, integration, debugging, and verification of embedded firmware in C/C++ and Assembly.
2. Linux bring up on new & existing platforms.
3. Detailed working knowledge of firmware design and implementation.
4. Proficient programmer in C/C++ and assembly for embedded devices.
5. Knowledge of RTOS constructs including processes, threads, scheduling, synchronization mechanisms and memory management.
6. Knowledgeable in use of tool chains and debug tools.
7. Experience with Linux 2.4 and 2.6 kernels , Linux device drivers, gcc and etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science from a recognized university.
2. 2+ years of software/firmware system development for real-time streaming media systems, or demonstrated comparable experience.
3. Effective communicator (verbal and written) of technical ideas.
4. Highly motivated, sets personal goals, and achieves goals without supervision.
