Job Title:Database Architect

Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL and SQL standards
- Knowledge of RDBMS servers including SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience in full life cycle implementation of large and complex applications
- Analytic and decision-making skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure environment

Education & Experience:
- Preferably Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education.
- Experience in SQL Server and Oracle
- At least 3 years experience in the IT field

Responsibilities:

- Develop database architecture and coding standards.
- Keep abreast of latest techniques and features in databases, and how they relate to the company goals.
- Respond to and resolve database related access, performance and integrity issues of developed applications
- Review database designs and make recommendations to project teams.
- Perform database transaction and security review of applications
- Provide expert consultancy to project teams on database related programming and production issues
- Prepare training courses and conduct training for staff
- Any other tasks assigned
