NOC Supervision Floor Manager at Mobilink Lahore
Job Description:
Manage 24×7 Alarm supervision team with a proactive approach towards issues handling and problem resolution.
Participate in fault reduction and improving operational efficiencies.
Prepare shift summary report and facilitate a smooth handover at time of shift transition. Also prepare weekly / monthly progress review reports.
Coordinate with OSS/NOC-IT team to arrange for required permissions and share new ideas on how OSS can help improve day to day supervision.
Act as single point of contact for information forwarding when major problems occur in the network
Participate in preparation of standard operating procedures internal to NOC as well as external interfaces where team coordinates with field engineers and outsourced contractors.
Be familiar with GSM architecture and have basic telecom knowledge.
Preferably have hands on experience with multiple domains and specific focus in IN/VAS , 2G / 2.5G CORE and IP/MPLS experience
Be an Initiator and be able to drive the team with a positive approach towards problem handling.
Self motivated, organized and be able to handle issues under pressure.
