Responsibilities:
Leading a team of executives responsible for the quality of the contact center operations.
Evaluating team(s) performance on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Ensuring that proper procedures of feedback are being followed.
Monitoring and Promoting excellent communication and interpersonal skills among team members and contact center executives.
Conducting gap analysis through recorded calls and bridging the gaps.
Generating quality scoring report and communicating statistics to management.
Coordinating and conducting sessions with team to ensure that proper feedback and inputs are given
Qualification & Experience:
BA/BBA/BBA-IT/BCS or Masters Degree holder.
2-5 years experience in Contact Center Operations.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
Multi-task, maintain a high standard of service & quality.
Ability to have stress, time management and team player.

Linkdotnet/Sr. Executive Product Operations
Job Description.
To play a vital role in running the Product Operations daily activities and act as a liaison between Operational and Non-Operational teams to ensure the best performance and delivery of after sales services to the customers of LINKdotNET Pakistan.
Minimum Experience: 3 Years
Minimum Education: Master's Degree/MBA/MCS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Manager Product Operations in overall Operational activates.
Make and present weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports and analysis of the operations.
Make daily tasks reports / analysis and forward to operational and Non-operational teams for future follow-up.
Daily monitoring of Pending Tasks and follow-up with concerned teams to ensure in time delivery.
Follow-up with operational teams to materialize their daily targets.
To ensure the coordination between operational and Non-operations teams for smooth functioning of daily operations.
Identify Application related problems and escalate to the concerned departments for rectification.
Identify the areas where customers are facing service related problems and forward it to concerned department for in time solution.
