We URGENTLY require ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER for project management and implementation of ERP using VB.NET framework. He/She will be responsible for successfully completing multiple projects on-time and under budget and will have the overall responsibility for taking projects from start to finish and lead the technical team to successfully completing these projects.

This position is directly reportable to the CEO. Primary responsibilities include conducting the following functions and client engagements:

- Manage/Oversee projects
- Provide engagement management
- Work as the primary Project Management contact for client engagements
- Develop and implement effective project plans
- Research and budgetary planning

Master's Degree preferred, equivalent work experience; BCS required. Two years of experience working in the same position is essential for applying this job. Two years experience as Analyst/Developer is also compulsory. Ability to communicate with the clients and upper management is essential.

The other requirements covers the sound development background, skills knowledge of entire software development life cycle and detail oriented with excellent time management is required.

Job Description:

Organizes, and implements inventory operations and procedures; supervises Physical Inventory Count.
Reviews receiving records, maintains receiving records on file until invoice is received. Reconciles invoices with correct receiving record, then forwards both to Business Administration & Cost Engineer.
Receives warehouse copies to work order pre-pull materials lists and reviews for coordination with warehouse operations and stock management.

Maintain Inventory Control Data Sheet files in an up-to-date status.

Cost Accounting and final reconciliation of material usage and costs on bill of materials.
Organizes and maintain warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage handling, including labeling, stocking and organizing stock items on shelving.
Maintaining all material receipt, inventory, specification, vendor audit, and shipping documents.
Receipt, Storage, Quarantine, release, distribution, and shipment of all IT materials.
Goods Inwards: Review supplier delivery notes prior to unpacking of shipments.

Advising Assets Management Function of receiving shipments with weight and number of pieces. On completion of goods inward by Vendor, receive delivery tickets and enter receipts details into Data Inventory Sheet

· Goods out: Receive delivery notes from Material Coordinator and Customer Service representatives, prepare for picking and packing.
Confirm to Customer Service Representatives when material picked
Advise Customer Representative weights and dimensions of shipments
Co-ordinate transportation of shipments to customer delivery address (End User Address).
Stock Management: Liaise with Desktop support on regular stock checks (Cycle Counting), reporting back to Assets Management for any actions required Update Item locations
Maintain Minimum/Maximum inventory systems database, standard operating procedures.

Computerized inventory and physical tracking of all IT equipment.
Organizing, directing, and executing monthly reconciliation and annual inventory
