Business Analyst / Project Coordinator

Job Description:
Analysis of the business needs of clients to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements.
Perform market and competitor analysis.
Identify options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT.
Work as a communication liaison between clients and project teams.
Help technical leads to identify resources & assign tasks to the resources via project plan.
Manage and monitor project progress based on scope and time and perform other project monitoring and controlling work.
Understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
Analyzes client organization's industry and competitive position.
Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
