Responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through inbound and outbound calls, live chat and emails on the basis of provided guidelines.

Suitable Profile for this Program
Preferably graduate with O & A level educational background.
Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat.
Must be available to work in all shifts (Morning, Evening & Night).

Skills required for this position
Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.
Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent.
Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills.

Remuneration Package under this Program
The remuneration package under this position is incomparable. Package details are listed below:

Gross Salary: Rs. 24,480 to Rs.46,590
Bonus: Up to 4 full salary bonuses in a year
Total Package per month Range: Rs, 32,640 to Rs. 62,120
