Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure technical service management of both national and international carrier accounts
• Provide enhanced technical support to fixed and wireless operators
• Manage and report adherence to relevant Service Level Agreements
• Follow up timely resolution of customer complaints
• Liaise with customers virtually or in person to resolve issues and answer technical queries
• Support in timely completion of new projects for the customer
• Identify and mitigate any risks affecting smooth operations of customer network
• Support Wateen's sales team in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelors/ Masters in IT/ Electrical Eng. / Telecom
• Excellent understanding of telco solutions including fiber, satellite and LDI
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
• At least 3 years of experience in Telco vendor / operator environment.
