EHS Officer at Interloop

Job Description:

We require a talented individual to fill the position of Officer EHS. Applicants should possess adequate knowledge of occupational health and safety standard, including but not limited to working in confined spaces, lockout/tag out, hot work, working at heights and handling of hazardous materials. The position will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of the above-mentioned and other relevant standards, and may also contribute to implementation of standards as required.

In addition, the position will be responsible for conducting hands-on trainings on these standards, conducting internal audits, conducting evacuation drills and giving safety talks.

The successful candidate will have a Masters degree, preferably in Environmental Sciences and some experience, preferably 3-5 years, in the field of EHS. He/She will also be a confident communicator with the ability to deliver talks and trainings.
