Job Description:
The Web/Graphic Designer will have overall responsibility for working on a variety of projects primarily involved in web site design and development, including creation of custom graphics.

Selected candidate will be Responsible for:

* Designing the user interface and overall customer experience for web sites and applications
* Preparing and optimizing overall navigation flow, layout of web pages
* Creation of individual graphic elements to be used in development of web/desktop applications/desktop publishing
* Training and guiding junior graphics resources
* Experience of more than 3 years in website designing (Designing Mockups)
* Strong aesthetic sense
* Should be expert on Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dream weaver (optional)
* Able to work in Flash Action Scripting, HTML/CSS/ (preferably XHTML/DHTML too)/JavaScript and preferably other scripting Languages too
* Must be able to design with commercial considerations and end-user preferences in mind

Skills Required:
One should be able to work on following.

* Design Professionally Website Layouts/Templates. Aesthetics to develop attractive websites. Experience and advanced knowledge of CSS and HTML. JavaScript
* Desktop Publishing
* Dreamweaver (any other HTML tool)
* Graphics Designing using
* Photoshop
